Drew Queen is the owner of Royal Permit and brings over 20 years of industry experience. She began her career in the swimming pool industry before transitioning into the HVAC world, where her passion for helping contractors navigate this space truly took shape.
Growing up, Drew spent countless days on job sites alongside her father, a contractor, which gave her an early appreciation for construction, compliance, and doing things the right way. That hands-on exposure laid the foundation for a career built on practical knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
When Drew moved into permitting, it quickly became second nature. She has a deep understanding of the process and a talent for navigating complex requirements efficiently, saving contractors time, stress, and costly delays. Drew thrives on the fact that no two days are ever the same and takes pride in helping clients move their projects forward smoothly.
